Are your products body-safe?

We focus on body-safe materials like medical-grade silicone; each product page lists its material.

How do I clean my toy?

Wash with warm water and a mild or toy-specific cleaner before and after each use, then air-dry.

Which lubricant should I use?

Water-based lube is safe with everything. Avoid silicone lube on silicone toys.

Are batteries or a charger included?

Rechargeable items include a USB cable; battery-operated items list the batteries needed on the product page.

Are your products waterproof?

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Which items can't be returned?

For hygiene and safety, intimate items can't be returned once opened — unless they arrive faulty.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with return shipping on us.
