How do I start a return?

Which items can't be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products can't be returned once opened or used — unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
We're sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with return shipping on us.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a small shipping fee may apply.
